Perfectly located traditional house in the citycenter of Utrecht HIGHLIGHTS - Fully furnished, you only have to bring your suitcase(s) - Traditional house and furnished in style - bars, shops, university's within walk distance. LOCATION The city center of Utrecht is a highly popular location to live in. All the facilities you will need during your stay is all in walking distance. SHORT TOUR The apartment is on ground floor. On the left side of the apartment you will see the kitchen with all the facilities you will need(including new dishwasher), the living room, including sleeping sofa) On the other side of the apartment you will find the bathroom, including walk-in shower and the master bedroom. All the rooms include the special designed furnishing. Bedsheets and towels are included as wel. We also can send you a youtube link, with a walk through of the house. FINANCE The price includes: Water, Internet, Netflix and monthly cleaning. Please be aware there will be a one-time fee of €250 for the entire stay. Only the energy bills needs to be assigned to the new tenant. Also, if you choose to pay the rent six months in advance, you will get 3% for free. Additionally, if you choose to pay the rent one year in advance, you get a whole 5% of the total rent for free! SHARED RESPONSIBILTY We have a shared responsibility regarding the residence’s maintenance. We deliver a clean apartment with all the furniture you need, therefore we expect you to handle this with care and maintain this standard. Once a month, a cleaning service will stop by to take care of the regular cleaning tasks in the common areas. We do this because we are aware of the fact that you are rather busy doing other things in this wonderful country and we want to make sure that we keep up with our high standards inside the residences.
